Not a bad day anywhere, but for South Florida, in the middle of summer with a clear sky until early afternoon, getting a relatively late start fishing (8am), the bite was surprising. Frequently a fish would be hooked by a ten count after casting a live pilchard into the water. Kings were skyrocketing on both freed and hooked baits adding to the sense of frenzy. cool day!
